  Part Number 2996454 this is the upper rubber boot located in the console front shift plate. Used on 66-70 Dodge Coronet, R/T, Charger; Plymouth Roadrunner, GTX, Sport Fury, with manual transmissions and console. Shifter opening hole is round (will stretch for "pistol-grip" handles) Boot hole pattern is 3 1/2" X 3 1/4". the part number is cast into the rubber. You can barely see it in second picture.
